Before the meat arrives you're welcome to partake in our gourmet salad & sides bar which features gourmet salads, fresh cut vegetables, imported cheeses, smoked salmon & much more. In addition, we keep your table well-stocked with a variety of traditional side dishes to compliment your meal. Our wine list consists of over 280 labels with a strong emphasis on South American wines & has been honored for seven years in a row with the prestigious "Award of Excellence" from Wine Spectator magazine.
Patrons control their service with a small green a red-sided chip. The green side signals the "Gaucho" chefs to bring out the skewers of sizzling meats to the table, while the red side indicates a stopping point. To resume service, simply display the green side again.
